Dragons in the Sky!

Are we being invaded?

The proof is out there and we want it. Sandy Baker, long time resident of New Port, reports spotting a red and green dragon doing air acrobatics over the lake five days ago.

The same dragon couple was then seen flying at high altitudes over the Shop-N-Save. Rumors are the dragons are visitors of our very own celebrity couple, Eoin, Harbinger of Smoke and Darkness and Angie, Angel Dragon.

Friend or foe?

We want to know!  The New Port shifter council has been silent about the visitors and refuse to comment. Human government assure us its safe to go out in the city. That the only incident reported was a few missing cows that were paid for in retrospect. Seriously? What if those cows had been shifters? How would these dragons know?

Keep your eye on the skies and your camera phone handy.

Who is this mystery woman? Angie Weldon doesn’t know herself. Records show she’d been orphaned early in life with a long list of foster homes under her belt.  This reporter can attest that she isn’t one to mince words or play nice when  approached for an interview.

Rumors are racing through the circuit of New Port City’s greatest gossips. Eoin, Harbinger of Smoke and Darkness is dating a human woman. Can this be possible? Some local shifters are questioning her origins.

The unknown woman owns a back scratching salon, Scratch Your Itch, that caters to shifters. Her nails are said to be unusually sharp and the woman a gifted scratcher. An anonymous werewolf let slip that she had been dating the city’s most eligible bachelor, Ryota Ken’ichi, alpha of the werewolf pack.

New Port Council of Alphas Accuses Ryota Ken'ichi of Land Grab

The wolf pack alpha has led a movement to clean up New Port’s poorest section of the city. Ken’ichi Corp. has purchased seventy-five percent of the buildings in the pit, a four block area with a high crime rate. His recent proposal to obtain the land rights to the area’s historical park has drawn other shifter-type’s anger. There are concerns from both bear and cat clans that the park will be exclusive to the wolf pack only.

The werewolf alpha has been warned by the council that public land must remain available to everyone, including humans.

Ryota

Ryota Ken’ichi fresh from a contentious meeting with the human leaders in New Port, in which the mayor demanded that fifty percent of the jobs in the pit be kept for humans. There are grumblings the wolf pack is running the human population out.  The non-predator shifter movement plan to demonstrate this weekend protesting the increased werewolf presence in the city.

In an interview, the alpha lashed out saying he had “no intention of obtaining the park nor running out the human residents.” His goal is to only make a more shifter friendly neighborhood and that all types of shifters are welcome.

Angel Dragon of New Port Rejected by Dragon Kind

Yves Michel Fournier, the Swift and Gifted, most eligible bachelor and golden dragon of Paris, has been spotted in the company of many celebrities. Recent rumors has him seeing the popular Princess Anushka of White Witch Spring.

Is love in the air?

This reporter doubts it. Yves has made many derogatory comments about other races, including witches.  Why would a princess of witches be any different, unless he’s looking to add another title to his name?

Yves has also been heard criticizing Angie Weldon-Grant, our very own Angel Dragon of New Port, calling her the Chicken Dragon due to her unusual feathered wings.

Do I hear envy in Yves voice?

You know what they say about golden dragons, that it’s all fool’s gold.
